  1. Visit the Punjab DLIMS website at www.dlims.punjab.gov.pk.
  2. Click on the “E-License” option available at the top right corner of the DLIMS website.
  3. Fill out the E-License application form by providing the following details:Computerized CNIC Number
  4. Once you have filled out the application, click on “Generate E-License” and download the E-license.
  5. Get a printout of this application form, which can now be used as a new duplicate license anywhere while driving in Pakistan.

How to Obtain a Duplicate License through Offline Method

Candidates still have the option to acquire a duplicate driving license using the traditional method of applying offline. However, this approach is considered outdated and can be cumbersome. Here is a detailed guide on how to obtain a duplicate license by physically applying offline.

  1. Visit punjabpolice.gov.pk and navigate to the download forms section.
  2. Click on “Download Duplicate License Form.”
  3. Print out the Duplicate Application Form (LLD).
  4. Carefully fill in all the details as mentioned in the LLD application form.
  5. Ensure to provide the exact date of expiry in the Duplicate LLD application form.
